Fone Radar ("we," "us," or "our") does not claim ownership of any tokens, projects, brands, or data displayed in the app or on this website.

1. Token Data

All token information shown in the Fone Radar app — including names, symbols, logos, descriptions, prices, and market data — belongs to their respective projects, communities, issuers, or data providers. Token data is sourced from public APIs including DexScreener, Jupiter, and public Solana RPC endpoints, and is displayed for informational purposes only. Fone Radar does not issue, endorse, or control any token displayed in the app.

2. "OG" vs "Copy" and "Meta Index" Labeling

Labels such as "OG" and "Copy" within Fone Radar reflect a launch-order heuristic — the earliest-launched pair within a shared name/symbol/theme family is labeled the "OG," with later launches ranked as copies by launch age. These labels are informational heuristics based on public launch data and are not claims about real authenticity, copying, or the provenance of any token. The "Meta Index" is a labeled heuristic aggregate of family token market caps and volumes — not an official index and not an endorsement of any project. Fone Radar does not claim to show which wallets copy which wallets, and no such signal is implied.

3. Third-Party Marks

All trademarks, service marks, and logos of third parties referenced in the app or on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Fone Radar, and Fone Radar does not claim ownership of them. Fone Radar is not affiliated with apeonfone, Moonkey, or any token project.

4. Our Property

This website, the Fone Radar app (Android application, package app.monkeradar.mobile), its source code, branding, logo, and documentation are the property of Fone Radar unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this declaration grants you any ownership rights in the app or website itself.
